Our approach

Q Original Works designs products to collect as little personal information as practical. Living Moments is designed to work without a user account, advertising profile, or subscription.

Living Moments

Personal photographs, GIFs, videos, favorites, and display preferences you add to Living Moments are stored locally on your device. Q Original Works does not receive or store that personal scene content through the current version of the app.

Your device platform may collect diagnostic, purchase, or usage information under its own settings and privacy terms. Information handled by Apple is governed by Apple's policies.

This website

This site does not currently use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or ask you to create an account. Standard technical logs may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. We use it to respond, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our products and users. We do not sell it.

Retention and choices

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us, subject to legal exceptions.

Children

Living Moments and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Living Moments develops or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
